XCOM EU Mod Request: Replace Flags with Rank Insignias

I looked on the nexus and found a few mods that change your rank in the character screen, but would love to see a mod that actually shows your rank on your character either where the flags are or somewhere on re-textured armor. I wish I had the talent to mod myself, I don't so I thought I would see if someone could do it.
