Enchanting

Okay i know alot about enchanting and such but what i'm wondering is there any possible bug or console command to exploit the maxium item enchantment values. In other words all i want to do is take these terrible looking items in morrowind and put those EXACT enchantments on another item so my character doesnt look like a scrap book. So an example would be one item you can find which has 60% magicka resistance anyway i could put that on a low armor without using the construction set to modify or add the item?

 

If i must use a small plugin to modify the enchantment values will the item reset the enchantments upon disabling the plugin?

Only way to do what you want is to change the stuff in the TESCS, i belive the armor your describing is the saviors hide, personaly i think the artwork for it is better then the other light armors but if you really want to change the art you have to find the item in the TESCS then change the niff file/icon/body parts and such using the files on the TESCS CD.

 

If you just want to make a common/expensive/extravagant robe have more enchantment points for custom enchanting (exquisite robe is ugly imho) you can do that in the TESCS by chaning the enchantment value of said item to whatever suits your fancy.

 

As far as in game bugs for what your talking about...not that i know of.

Alright thanks. I know that savior hide doesnt exactly fit with Domina armor i should know i've tried it :P . Guess i'll just have to work out how to use the TESCS. But like i asked before will removeing a plugin that makes higher enchantment values void the items that i used it with? :blink: or will it remain the same reguardless if i have the plugin still in or not?
