Incomplete Downloads

I've had a look around and I can't find a general troubleshooting so sorry if its in the wrong place.. I've just paid for a premium membership to download my files and they're all coming back as an incomplete. I'm using the latest version and if it keeps happening I'd just like my money back because at the moment there is no point. I've put NMM in my exclusions on avast and that hasn't helped either, I've tried downloading 11 things and so far 10 have came back incomplete over and over and over and one is still going...

Incomplete downloads happen when your connection to the server gets lost during download. This can be due to your network, wireless LAN, your internet service provider or a particular route to a server. It can also be due to massive load on the server you've chosen. In all cases repetition of the download attempt until it finishes completely has always fixed it in the end. Sometimes switching servers or regions helps as well.

 

If you really want your Premium payment refunded though, the only way to go about it is to file a Support Ticket through the Contact Us link at the bottom of the page. Only Dark0ne can handle these financial things, and it must be done through this form for all the details to be available.

Im wired connection, my internet connection works fine the whole time for not just me but the rest of the house. I've got it set to default server so its selecting the servers itself. I'd rather not have the refund, thats just if the issue can't be fixed, I've never had it before and the only thing that's changed in my setup is that I havent used the mod manager in a while and i've updated it and now this is happening.
