ok I have figured out how to put spear into the game without script

they act as a whole new weapon with new animations

if you don't believe me check out the video below

I don't need much for this except spears and animation, but with this technique I can make any type of weapon

That, my friend looks awesome. You should release it. I believe many people will be happy if you share this, especialy those who played Morrowind. You should release it and see what people think about it. ;)

So you can use different animation for the same kind of weapons (In this case One-Handed)?

 

And can you use different animations also for: swords, daggers, maces, hammers and axes?

you got it, but right now I am having trouble having this for the player

the player can either only use the spear animation

or he can only use the normal animation, I am trying to find an obse function to fix this, but it isn't working

Sorry to be skeptical (because I have always wanted an actual spear skill), but did you really get this working for NPCs? Like you had a spear skill and spear animations IN ADDITION to the current weapons? The video doesn't show all the other weapon types.

there is no way to make a new skill, I know I've tried and both the spear and my sword were one handed weapons
