Landscape messed up

Hi all,

 

I have recently put a few mods in my Oblivion and I messed up my landscape somehow.

 

This is what I have thoughout my entire Oblivion.

Small spec info. (Might be important).

Win Vista NL SP2

Intel I7 Bloomfield 3.6ghz

Ati Radeon 4890 2x.

12 GB ram.

Shaders may be borked.
