Because normal plasma rifle which I got from that android from the rivert city has 36 attack, and i have downloaded this mod and it only has 32 attack, even through it is bigger and looks more powerful... So will I be able to do that, and can you teach me how to do that? Anyway, why my plasma rifle has only 36 attack (It has got perfect condition, wasn't used) if in the fallout wikia it says that it has got 50 attack??
