After 1 days worth of research i came up with one answer . Replace the facial feature with another . So i installed : Hvergelmir's BrowsBody, Face, and HairThe most popular eyebrow mod for Skyrim, Brows - from Hvergelmir's Aesthetic series. It fixed the Pixel face problem with a nice smooth face and brow .
