tomm434 Posted June 26, 2014 Posted June 26, 2014 Hello. I'm sorry if this question's been answered before. I was looking at ban section and saw that someone got banned because in PM he admitted that he was using pirate version. So, I've got a question - do moderators read private messages?

Community Manager Dark0ne Posted June 26, 2014 Community Manager Posted June 26, 2014 The only way staff can read private messages is if: A staff member is invited to the conversation by one of the users already in the conversationIf someone reports the conversationIf I (and only me, as only I have access) go in to the MySQL database and actively link up user ID's and message IDs which is an extremely user unfriendly system and an extremely laborious and not fun task. Last time I did that was when Skyrim was released to root out and remove a spammer.
