Freezing in Rivet/Anacostia

When I attempt to fast travel to either Rivet City or Anacostia Station the game goes to the loading screen but it will stay there permanently (I let it run for 10 minutes and no sign of it loading so that doesn't work)

Also I tried walking to it from nearby Jefferson Memorial but it freezes, not crashes, at around the supermutant outpost just down the road from Rivet City

 

I could definitely go there earlier in the game but no longer, I think it started roughly after I activated the purifier but I cant be certain, definitely around that time

It is not graphics related as i've been running this game for over a year or more now and although i'm used to periodic crashes this one is particualrily annoying :wallbash:

-EDIT- Seem to have sorted it, it was 19th+20th Century Weapons that caused the problem, not sure why though as it only started happening recently
