Trouble with megaton

Before I start, if this is in the wrong section I apologise.

 

This is hard to describe but it's ruining my game atm. I enter Megaton and all is fine, I can interact etc and Lucas Siims does walk up to me and does the usual greeting. But if I noclip up to Moriarty's Saloon (because it's a faster way to test if I fixed it or not) all the textures are messed up. THere are parts of the wall missing and if I go through I fall through the map and spawn at the front door again, there are the big red exclamation points on some of the NPC's and certain parts of the saloon. Then if I go back outside my Pipboy doesn't work and I get another exclamation mark, then everything but my head and hands disappears, chat functions no longer work and I can't get to the menu through the ESC button. I'm sure it's one of my mods but I have no idea how to fix it.
