If after following those directions you still have problems it's best to post directly in that mod's release thread about them after searching the thread for potential answers to your question. To do so go to the mod's download page, click on the comments tab, in the upper right hand you will see "view as forum thread" click on it and you'll be able to search the thread for answers.
