You Gotta Shoot 'Em in the Head Betrayal

In the quest You Gotta Shoot 'Em in the Head before I gave the keys to Mr. Crowley I proceeded to unlock the doors in Fort Constantine first and get the T-51b Power Armor and when I go back he magically knows that I got it not only that but he's not even hostile towards me.

 

I then tried unlocking all the doors, gave the keys to Crowley then fast travel back to Fort Constantine and get the T-51b Power Armor before Crowley does. after waiting about 2 in game days I see him standing over the T-51b Power Armor in my house without taking and he's still not hostile.

 

It'd be great to have a mod where he becomes hostile after you take the T-51b Power Armor. It'd be better if he actually tracks you down and tries to kill you making him go through interior cells and such or if you leave the armor somewhere he can steal it and hunt you down after.
