shidaku
So, obviously this is partially an Oblivion problem due to it using a much more detailed mesh and texture on the head than the body, but I've only just recently been reinstalling mods I like(fresh Oblivion/SI install), filtering those I don't and getting it all working straight. ATM my issue is with the Golden Saints/Dark Seducers as player characters having incredibly mismatching head-to-body textures. At first I thought this was an issue with the mod I used to enable the races(http://tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=23277), so I browsed around and found a good texture replacer(http://tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=20022), which I found, and used the matching head textures. The sample human textures appeared to match well, so I assumed the seducer/saint textures would be as well, a faulty assumption apparently. Did I just make an idiot move and forget to do something, or is there really something odd here? Essentially, the head is blue and the body is purple. HALP! also, I'd take a screenshot if the bloody game would let me. grrrrr. :wallbash:
Jenrai
To take a screenie use "printscreen" key and then open paint, paste the image, and save it as whatever file your preffered imaging software likes. Or use Fraps or similar. Unfortunately, the head/body thing is always an issue. There are some mods which can help reduce it, though these are usually body replacer dependant (I know there's one for HGEC as I have it.) I still have it and I'm using high def textures (4096) for both. Look for HGEC seam, that should find it, and if you can't find it I'll link it if you PM me when I'm at a computer that can actually access the file servers (Bloody websense! :( ) Jenrai
