Custom head mesh in blender - blinking eyes

I've customized a head mesh (only the nose) and for reasons beyond my understanding, the eyes when blinking shoot straight to the floor.

 

I'm using the original egm, tri and egt, since only the nose was changed.

 

Even in the construction set, it shows the head being much higher up than the hair, eyes, ears...

 

HALP!

Hi! I´m working on a completely new head mesh myself so i´ve had this problem too.

The head must be positioned at 0,0,0 coordinates when you export it to nif. You must then reposition everything in nifskope. I would advise to check out the first page of this tutorial by throttlekitty:

Specificaly the end of the first page. It took me a while to figure out that part, since its a bit vague in the tutorial, so if after reading it you still can´t get it right let me know, i´ll try and help you out.
