I thought I was smart to save my purchased downloads from 2 years ago, until I tried to reinstall them and they crashed on install. I was ready to go find the torrents and download hacked copies of them until I found a little blurb on wiki about using UniExtract to get the files out of the exe's. The latest version of the CS is broken and has been broken since Shivering Isles came out. It seems sort of like Bethesda could have fixed the bug by now. It seems like there ought to be another official patch for the game by now too. I guess I am not surprised to hear that the place to download official plug-ins is broken. I found out my plug-ings that I had initially paid for and downloaded, were also broken. I thought that mine just got corrupt, but I think now that you have the same issue, it's a problem when Shivering Isle came out.. I emailed a tech rep from Beths, showing him my original download proof page, and he was nice and gave me a file link with all my plug-ins in one download.I think that's your only solution. I believe it's safe to say that original plug-ins are broken if you install shivering isle and the latest patch (latest being a relative term). Pushkatu Posted February 26, 2010 Share Posted February 26, 2010 Well, I might be wrong saying this, but I never felt like Bethesda is client friendly. I mean they don't realy give a damn about the community thier games put together, at least that's how it looks like for me. The best things besides the game itself you can get for this game are all made by the community and when comparing all the stuff modders made with the stuff the company made, well, I'll let you decide who did the best. :) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
