Might just be too tired to deal with this but...

OK. First of all I'm trying to install (reinstall for anyone that helped me last time lol) white teeth, BSC, and sexier alistair mods. I had them working until i did a system wipe on my pc bc it was totally trippin balls. Anyway, I have the game installed again and my more hairs and natural bodies mods working. However for some reason, when i try to manually install these three mods I can't find the overide folder.

The way I do this is going directly to the file not just typing it in and letting the pc extract it there. This worked for me last time and its how I always do it. Now i'm still fiddling around with it even as I complain but I'm tired. Any ideas? What is my problem??

I think last time i had BSC installed and then put white teeth and sexy alistair mods in the same override folder. I noticed that BSC put the override folder after you combine it with the original 'packages' file.

the location of it varies from windows xp vista, and win7 because they all use a different directory structure for your MyDocuments/Documents folder.

Basically, navigate to your My Documents or Documents folder (the latter being for vista, dunno what win7 calls it). In vista, it's on C: users username.

once you're in documents look for Bioware then Dragon age. Then Packages, Core, Override.

tho I could also recommend that you just use damodder http://www.dragonagenexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=286 for the mods like whiter teeth which dont have comflicting files that have to be modified.

good luck :)

Ok I have them working. For some reason when using the sexier alistair mod he always has the black hair. I want the alternate mix version and i have that installed too, but his hair is still black. I tried taking out the original file but he still had black hair? I thought you had to have the original then the alternate installed for the new changes. whichever way I do it though the blond hair doesn't show up.

Ok, I had to go look that mod up, to see what you are talking about. ;)

Alright, that mod has several different versions of the same morph. All of those morphs are going to have the same filename, and morph name. The game is only going to read one of those files that are in your override folder. So basically, only the morph modification that you want goes into your override folder.

If you want the mix mod, thats the one that you put in. If you want just the blonde version, thats the one that goes in ;)
