Heightened shoes

Is there a way to raise a character that equips shoes such as platforms, gigantic boots, etc..

 

I've seen others essentially chop the legs in order to create platforms, heeled shoes, etc,

but this wont look good with what i'm trying to do :(

I belive there isn't unfortunatly. It's either you chop the legs or make the heels or platforms go treough the floor. Maybe a new race with an edited skeleton would work, but then it could use normal shoes/boots.

Hmm raising the skeleton sounds like it might work.
