Need Someone to Make a Face

Hello.

I would like a face made for one of my mods. I know this can be done, I have seen images of MERP ones. I think all you need is an image of the face so I have placed a link here:

I hope you could make a face with this. All I need is a texture that works with the default Oblivion face mesh.
