Cant Download Cyrodill Terrain Map

Hi.

 

I've been trying to download the Cyrodill Terrain Map v21 via this URL:

I have tried in MSIE 6 and 7 and Firefox 1.5.0.1, from two different environments/firewalls.

I have had no problems with any other mod downloads but this one. It will usually download anywhere from 90K to a couple of MB (full download is appx 26MB) and then stop as if it is complete (no errors or opportunities to retry). Twice now I've managed to get nearly 10MB before it stops.

 

Are there any mirrors I can try from? Or an FTP archive somewhere?

Ok, nevermind.

 

I've seen several related issues posted, and one answer is to use Firefox and restart a failed download. My problem is that Firefox does not see it as a failed download, so I don't have the option to restart.

 

I've been able to successfully download it using wget (on Unix, but there may be a Windows port out there somewhere). Until something changes, I guess I'll just resort to that whenever I have download issues.

Actually by "restart" I (and others) means to click on the download link again. As if you would download it from the beggining again, however firefox recognises the file and uses old cache to resume as were it left off when suddendly "completed".
