Mod for Inside City Zones?

When I am inside a city and open up the map all the player gets is a bunch of graphic building markers and one must place the mouse cursor over each and every one to see the

the description of the building (mage guild, weapons, inn, etc.)

 

Is there a mod available that shows all the default names to show all?
