I personally havent had any issues with these items showing up on secondary characters, but some mods are like that, that they only show up on the primary. they should show up right in your inventory, however...you do have to have enough space in your inventory for them. So like, if you've got 63 spaces in your inventory that are taking up a max of 65 slots...... you dont have room for them. Also have you scrolled all the way thru your list?
