blaze1514
This is a post I made in another thread. I was wondering if anyone thinks any of these are interesting, or have something to add to them? 1: A person obsessed with pre-war media culture. You run into him/her while she is scavenging for holotapes. And you help him.fer find a stash of pre-war music and tv shows on holotape somewhere in the Mojave. This person is very eccentric, and has an interesting since of humor. They are wearing a very.... unorthodox outfit, they will also have a weapon that seems strange. 2: You save a teenager (about 15 - 17, with height that is slightly shorter than average) from someone (convicts, Viper Gangsters, Fiends). You are too late to save the people with her. You promise to take her to the strip with you before you take her back to the Mojave Outpost, as she wants to know if it was worth risking coming to the Mojave for. Along the way run into some more messes, and how you deal with them determines the outlook she starts having (I think it would be cool if the decisions were not as black and white as normal, that way you cannot tell how she will take the choice you make). When you get her to the Strip one of 3 or so things will happen (depending on her outlook), she will see the the place and be overwhelmed with joy as it is a beautiful place, She will say, "I really don't know what to think. I should be happy right?", and if her outlook is bad she will throw a fit of anger, thinking it wasnt worth all she has been through. Then you take her back to the Outpost. Along the way one more incident will occur, you will have a chance to show her that you protect her always (like someone offering a choice between here and something else) You can pick either one. If you choose her you kill the ones after her and go, Or you hand her over, she will get away (a kill them if she has a bleak outlook, sneak away if she as a neutral outlook, talk them into letting her go if she as a good outlook). That will decide her ending. She will stay with you if you chose her saying things like-"You showed me how to be positive in the best situations, and giving up so many caps for me was the best thing anyone has done for me""I still do not know how to handle what happened, but what you did back there was proof enough that my place is with you""I am not as naive as I was before, so I know how easy it would have been for you to just let them have me. To return the favor, Let me stay"If you chose the money and not her-:when you get to the Outpost-"I thank you for all of the good you showed me, but letting them take me was one of the worse things that anyone has done to me, I cannot stay with someone unpredictable like you.":when you get to the Outpost-"I cannot really process what happened back there. I guess you are not who I thought you were. give me some caps and I will be on my way, (and if you do not pay her she acts like you were robbing her, the NCR will step in and demand you give "her" money back. you will effectively lose karma for them):Near Nipton Road Reststop- "I have learned how harsh this world can be, you taught me well. As such I know what to do to people that have wronged me like you did back there. (takes out weapon and starts shooting you, effectively forcing you to kill her)--- My God......... I started typing with just the idea of a Naive Teen, Look at that though. ------ I should start thinking of a look and outfit as this is a good idea---------- 3- A ghoul that was a member of the Old U.S. Army, He Favors the NCR (but he says they lack the flair and flavor of the old-world) He would have a set of A, Faded set U.S. Army Combat armor; B, wearing armored US fatigues and a full set of U.S. T-45d power armor wherever he is staying. He hates the enclave (He says they are just commies pretending to be America). Certain areas of the Mojave will make him sentimental (Example, Sunset Sarsaparilla Plant: "I remember collecting those star caps up from the soldiers and sending them to my son in the mail. I think... could you leave me here for a moment?").- Faded US Combat armor (Like the armor in Lonesome Road, Just since he has been using it and it hasn't sat in around this whole time, its color has faded)- U.S. Army fatigues (A green jumpsuit with a faded old word flag on one shoulder and his rank on the other, it also has a faded nametag on his right breast, it is armored similarly to the Armored Vault suit with similar stats)- U.S. Power Armor (looks brotherhood armor, Just no emblem on the shoulders. It has a small faded Old-World flag on the breastplate centered to the right, Centered left on the breastplate is a small set of Serial Numbers faded, on the center of the back it says U.S. Army in small faded lettering)I would love to hear what people think about these characters.
