Making dismemberment mods work

I've tried different mods to make dismemberment and body explosions less likely/realistic (even with the bloody mess perk taken). Nothing has worked and everything keeps turning into pieces of meat. Whyyy?

Patch the game to official 1.7 patch and you don't need the unofficial ones anymore.

 

Try removing the perk first, see if it still turns into a bloody mess.

 

Player.removeperk 00094EBA.

 

These 2 might not be compatible with each other, unless they're from the same mod and officially confirmed to be compatible by the author.
