CTD - Load order?

I am patched up to the latest offered by Bethesda.

 

I tried FO3Edit, resolves several conflicts to create the "Patch" esp you see at the bottom. I also did the master update suggested by the FO3Edit manual and use FOMM as my launcher.

 

I disabled the "HairPack" because I thought it might be related (and re-did the steps above).

I only have Fallout3, Broken Steel, and Point Lookout.

 

When I get into heavy NPC action, I get a CTD. Not every time, but I do. I strictly use CASM for saving.

 

Anyone have any other suggestions? (Green is inactive)

Do you have the latest version of FOSE? DarNifiedUIF3.esp requires it to function properly. You might also want to update all of your files to the latest version, just in case you haven't.
