Custom Race?

Ok I want to create Claire Redfield for my RE2 mod and I want the player to Start with hair and clothing automatically up entering the mod.

Do I have to create a Custom race for this to happen and If so How? I tried looking at the AO sim chair to try to get

an idea of how it works since once you enter you start off with the combat armor but I cannot find the script to make it work

that way and messing around in the race menu I can find no option for clothing.

If anybody can help I'd greatly appreciate it
