CTD Load Order Issue

Well today I decided to install FO3 again so I got all of my core mods downloaded installed and never had a problem before but now all I get is CTD before I get to the menu. I use boss to sort out most of it but not all of the mods are reconized, heres my current ualtered load order after boss the report was made by FOMM:

I'm not sure what this error means but this is how boss reconized the mods. So any help with the load order will be greatly appreciated.

Use this as reference. Do not use the FOMM auto sorter and load order report. Auto sorter screws up your load order and the report is inaccurate. Just ignore all the * messages you see there.

I have a similar issue, everything works fine until I activate the Destructible Enviroments mod, I've tried a lot of combinations but I still couldn't get it to work.
