I think the extra stats could be:

+9 Attack (thac0 is calculated on 20 so it must be me much more than +3

25% chance of paralysis

10% chance to add 30 more damages (or +2 permanent to damage)

3 rune slots

 

i saw mods with much more powerful longswords but i prefer to have a normal one....
