My game runs fine when loading a earlier saved game that is saved near whiterun. But every time I try to start a new game it either CTD's during the ride or just as the creation screen comes up or it freezes at the same point.

My system is a AMD FX 6300 3.5 gig
I have 16gb Ram
and a XFX R6670 2g video card
I run WIN 7 64bit
I have run my plugins through TES5edit
I have tried to reduce my plugins to minimum just the ones to change my characters to custom looks and appearances and still no joy on a new game start .

ps my install of Skyrin is Legendary edition and it's here C:\program files(x86)\steam\steamapps\common\Skyrim
I have Loot and Boss and TES5edit as well as the current build of SKSE

I have revised my Load order According to MissJennabe' insightful post
I have generated new ini files as well of removed all Hi res text mods to lower the vram usage
I can not start a new character my game either freezes just as the cart stops before the character gets up
or it freezes. I will try to find the mod that is causing the issue but really don't want to lose the mods , for the one
character that does work
I can play an ealier save with no issues still with the above listed mods.
I just cannot get past the Character Creation part with out either a complete freeze or a CTD
Please help
