AirBreather
Hello all, I'm a bit unsure of this. Essentially, 1) I create a new object (whatever type);2) I want to assign images/meshes to it;3) How do I use the pre-exisiting icons, meshes, etc? (Don't want to add it to the mod) Selecting 'inventory image', 'model', etc, all make the relevant field go blank. Thanks. ~AB
Quetzlsacatanango
Assuming it's a vanilla object, it's much easier to just copy it by changing the ID. When you click OK, it will ask if you want to create a new form, you just say yes. If you don't want to do it that way for some reason, you have to extract the mesh/texture from the BSA, then you'll be able to browse to it and select it. After that you can delete it again, it will just pull from the BSA. Does that answer the question?
AirBreather
Ah no, thing is I'm using different object types. Specifically, using the 'sensor module' from 'misc' to a 'book' type object. No easy copy inside the 'book' object lists. Unless 'misc' objects are also accessible/activatable from the PIPBoy menu...? (Don't think so) ////// Never mind, re-read your post. Guess I'll have to extract it from the BSA then delete it after. Thanks for the info. :)
