LE The Fighter Stronghold Style house mod

Looking for a Modder to make a house mod form me, because i have no clue on how to make mods.

 

I would like an simple Keep/fort in line with "The Fighters Stronghold" from Oblivion.

 

Inside:

Armory with a lot of Mannequins and weapon racks/plaques

Alchemy room with containers for every ingredients

Enchanting room

Library

plus every thing else you would need on top of that.

 

Outside:

Stable

Gate

Garden

Smithing area

Practice dummy

 

Would be nice if you would have to build it like in Hearthfire or something

Npc would be nice too
