Self-created Enchanted Weapons

Hi there :)

 

I got tired of always have to recharge my Weapons after 1 Fight, which really sucked, so i used one of the Mods that made Ingame-Enchanted Weapons with infite Use, but if i create my own at the Arcane University I'm again limited to about 15Strikes.... is there any Way to fix that? :(

 

Oh, forgot to add: Why can't i edit the Magnitude of Armor Enchantments? It's ridiciulous that I'm limited to 15% Shield for a Grand Soulgem.... (Just an Example)
