3rd person camera mods

I've tried them all.

Gears of war.

Ultimate third person blah 151.

As the most known ones and a bunch (I think 3?) of others.

 

And I'm really not satisfied.

All of them have the same problem.

1. Cannot see faces of talking characters

2. Removes first person mode.

3. and the biggest problem, crosshairs isn't the literal location being fired at with ranged weapons/terrible accuracy problems.

 

Are there no third person mods that improve on the three problems above? Particularily the third problem?

I've been searching for hours and still haven't come up with any results.
