Hello there ladies and gents! I was led to this forum through the Fallout 3 Nexus and figured it would be cool to say a few words. Nice place you have here. Lots and LOTS of good resources.

 

I'm a PC gaming noob. Totally. I've been playing console games forever and I recently fell in love with Fallout 3. I almost never bought it but I'm so glad I did. After playing the crap out of it on the xbox 360 and drooling over every bit of DLC they threw at us, I left the game feeling unfulfilled and wondering what else is out there. Then I learned about 'mods' for the pc version. I figured I'd give it a shot and see what I can do. So far I'm loving the way the game reacts and behaves without mods on the pc and I started to install some mods, but I'm new and have very little clue on how to correctly do it so I broke my game. :confused: But I won't give up because I see what you all have done and would love to be able to play with your toys!

 

I'm still going through the motions of getting everything to work properly but any and all help is greatly appreciated.

 

Thanks for putting up and maintaining a place where we can continue to do what we enjoy doing.

Hey Pushkatu where's my Fishy stick?

this is a great place Sentsurugi, i didn't know about Mods myself untill late sept last year and had quiet a few teething troubles myself, but dont worry you get the hang of it sooner or later, now all my friends are amazed at this computer illiterate guy as 6 months later i'm making my own mods! :)
