Questions about a computer

Here are the details of a computer I thought to buy , and the questions are ; is it worth buying , and could it run "Rome II Total War" on maximum or high settings well and with no problems ?

Personally I would think that the on-board audio with that motherboard would be better than just about any AC97 card.
