Can't enter the Citadel or the Lab, or approach History Museum

This has been bugging me since before I had half the mods I have installed right now were on. Running 1.7 as instructed in a previous thread. Thought Seducing Women had something to do with it, disabled while installing CUTE and others(FOOK, the megaton house mod you see there). Still happens. While it appears to 'load' the area just fine, it will always CTD upon actually zoning in. Since I need to enter the Citadel Lab to get through the main quest, I can't finish it. Because it doesn't seem to matter whether or not mods are actually modifying the area, I suspect it to be an issue with the 1.7 patch. Thoughts, people?

And now after I installed the Pipboy PDA (it moved to a different number and name, apparently) it freezes upon attempting to load the part of the menu where my saves are contained.

The above was due to having too many saves.

 

 

Hell, if no one is going to tell me how to resolve these crashes, at least have the decency to tell me how to advance the main quest through the console to the part where I need to go to Vault... Whichever it was. The one with the GECK.

 

Speaking of GECK, the above areas also crash the GECK. Joy.
