question about type 3 female clothing and body type.

Dumb newbie question probably..but

how do I make female characters in fallout 3 wear the diamonized (or any) clothing.Ive installed the mod and the body type 3 mod. Its worked cos the dead females are naked when I loot the clothing. I have gotten the clothing from the boxes outside megaton.

Is there any way I can get any female chracter (Jenny Stahl for eg) to wear these?

or have I missed the point

also..How do I make the females look like the females in the pics used on the dimanonized type 3 clothing mod page.. ( http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout3/mods/6073/? ) or the females in the pics on the body type 3 mod http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout3/mods/4280/?

is there any mod that will change the default clothing of the female chracters to something I can choose?.

I have searched but cant find a definate answer.

OK..i FOUND OUT i CAN USE THE EQUIPITEM CHEAT IF i PUT THE ITEM IN THE FEMALES INVENTORY. that works.

But.. I need to find out are the additem codes for the diamonized clothing...thanks

I tried using the console command and clicked on the item. but the code its gives me is different to the additem codes...(why is this?)

The easiest way I've found, and use, is to have the mod 'Ling's Finer Things'. With it, you have access to a large variety of Type 3 clothing and accessories for male and female. Once the mod is installed, purchase an item called Ling's Magic Ring. Once you equip it on your character, you can walk up to any NPC and get the dialogue option,"Would you try something on for me?". You then have access to that NPC's inventory and can add/remove whatever you like.

 

As for altering the Type 3 appearance, look for mods that change the makeup, hair, etc.. Project Beauty is a popular one that changes many of the NPCs of the Wasteland for you. I prefer to make my own changes though...

okj thanks. I found a basic method via console of selecting a character, doing a command 'player.showinventory' to get base id of the clothing in my inv and then using additem to add my clothing choice to her inv, and then equipitem which causes her to wear it.

But its a bit long winded, so Ill try your method. :)
