wait/sleep not working at all

whenever i click on beds where i know i can sleep nothing happens like the option is there but???? the window for the number of hours doesnt pop up

 

and when i click on the wait button the same thing happens

 

i even tried sleeping on a bedroll from the pip boy but that didnt work either

 

http://i.imgur.com/aZd11nb.png this is all i have installed atm but as you can see, i disabled literally everything except for the body and hair mods to see if that would fix it but nothing changed

 

and i dont think the body and hair mods could cause this sort of glitch anyway??????

 

i mean its not exactly game breaking but its PRETTY DANG INCONVENIENT pls help

Re-install NVEC. It modifies the wait/sleep menu.
