kieranfoy
Needful Things, I tell you. It gives you a Recall and Mark spell that lets you store six places at once, much better than Mark Sanctuary. Doesn't even require SI.

pcmodhouse
When you do the Frostcrag reborn mod you get a Frostcrag recall spell which I use all the time. There's also the Hoarfrost conduit recall. Even something like that would work for Avalon.
3rdtryguy
Valdacil's Safe Haven is one very cool teleporting mod. It lets you go to any of the vanilla houses you own, and guild HQ's of which you are a member, One "Favorite location," and nine more customizable places that you can change or keep as needed. Foghrum's Travelogue is a book that lets you set up to nine custom recall spots. Just open the book to the "page" you want and you're on your way. The Summonable Chest is something that no-one should be without anyway, but as a side effect, if you summon it but don't open it, and then walk away, then the next time you summon it you will instead be teleported to wherever you left it. None of these require OBSE or Shivering Isles, all working fine in vanilla.
