Hy, how do I trap a soul and what do I do with it?

Shouldn't you be asking, "how do I use the Search function on this board"?

 

Anyway:

 

1. Get a scroll of Epiphyggi's Gem Feeder, the Umbra Sword, or the Soultrap spell.

2. Get a suitable soul gem (Petty = creatures; Lesser = undead; Anything else = daedra.)

3. Use the scroll/sword or cast the spell on a monster (NOT an NPC, it won't work.)

4. Kill 'em before the spell wears off.
