Can't Revisit Primm

Not sure if this is the right place to post it, but I think it's the best fit. Sorry if it's the wrong place. i recently got New Vegas: Ultimate Edition and therefore modded it a ton. I've been playing for a bit with no problem (except when I accidentally screwed up my load order with BOSS) until now. I've been to Primm, cleared it out, rescued Deputy Beagle, and then I left to go get the new sheriff from the NCR CF. I'm unable to return to Primm now. When I fast travel, it crashed to the desktop after loading for a bit, but doesn't actually load me into Primm. If I try to walk there normally, I can't even get to the guy out front who warns you on your first visit about the Powder Gangers. I've tried deactivating all mods, only leaving the base game and DLC active, and it worked just fine (both fast travelling and regularly walking in), so I'm certain it's a mod issue. However, looking at the NVAC logs, it seems to be a New Vegas error, not a mod error.

I've tried deactivating several mods that influence Primm to no avail. I've tried deactivating FPT EDE (all the plugins), The New Bison Steve Hotel, Factions Reloaded - Merge, NCR CF, and NVEC, and the game still crashes to the desktop upon fast-traveling/walking to Primm. I'm certain it's a mod though as it works fine with no mods active. Any and all help would be appreciated. I also tried disabling all autosaves as I heard it might be an issue with autosaving before fast travelling, but that didn't work either.

 

Edit: Forgot to mention an unrelated problem: I often experience floating heads and hands. Any idea on what's causing that?

FIXED! It was the Delilah companion mod. once disabled, I can visit Primm again.

Thanks! I just had the same problem and getting rid of her fixed it for me as well.
