Notifications Not Always Working

I have noticed lately that the Notifications does not notify me of all the files I am tracking that have been updated, for example the Unofficial Patches I have had them tracked since I installed Skyrim yet I received no notification that they had updated recently. I have had to look in the New Today files to see what files have been updated, I do not mind doing this as we had to do that for years but I had come to expect to see this in the notifications tab now.

I have also noticed that the Latest File tab does not always update on refresh and often stays the same all day. I use Firefox and run Ccleaner regularly.
