Try this load order:

 

[X] Fallout3.esm

[X] Anchorage.esm

[X] ThePitt.esm

[X] BrokenSteel.esm

[X] PointLookout.esm

[X] Zeta.esm

[X] Hairday.esm

 

If it still doesn't work, then disable the mods one by one and pin point which mod is causing the crash.
