Changing NPC's Looks

what are the best mods /Combination of mods To make the NPC's look better i keep getting a problem with the heads having a differant colour skin to their bodies and they look ridiculus I want NPC's with better bodies and faces That Match in skin colour but im not sure how to do that please help

or search "Cyrodiil NPC" and it will bring up the Cyrodiil NPC remodeling Project mods which change many NPC's.

the face a differetn colour from the body issue is due to a texture path error, from what ive seen i dont think many of the mods made to make npcs look less ugly usually changes textures, just head meshes (except for the body replacers, those do replace textures) but either way to fix that your going to need to find a texture of that race, find out the path the current texture is using and rename the new texture so that its the same as the miscoloured one then simply replace

i had this same problem with my dark elfs for awhile, it made me sad
