AxelNexus
Hi, I´m currently playing Skyrim like a madman after getting really bothered with the vanilla game in Xbox 360, and obviously throwing lots mods for everything. I´m currently playing a character that is preparing to adopt lots of children, but would prefer to adopt from different races other than Nords, bretons and the alike. I have instaled allready the amazings My Litlle khajit and My Little Argonian, and found two Orcs but one looks weird and the other is just a green female. I was wondering if there are more mods like those two. PD: No Xvision requieremnt mods. I have allready two amazing mods that replaces two children, not gonna screw things up installing a mod that i actually find pretty ugly, those kids with mature faces look ugly as f*#@, and most likelly will conflict with My little Kahajit and My little Argonian and send to hell all the good work of the modder. Hallgarth
I'm working on a mod just like that. The thread can be found here. http://forums.nexusmods.com/index.php?/topic/1801225-wip-elf-children/ Started out as just a project to add elven children, but expanded to vanilla too. Unlike other children mods, my goal is to make them to look as vanilla as possible (in styling). so that they fit in, in a lightly modded Skyrim. Just to add, they won't have any other dependencies other than vanilla and an up to date Skyrim. There will also be plugins for HF and Dragonborn (for adding Dark Elf children to Solstheim)Will probably also make plugins for larger mods that add children. Edit 2: Since you've mentione the 2 mods that add a Khajiit, and an Argonian child, I think I'm going to try and figure out how to make my mod compatible with them. AxelNexus
as a temperary child adoption for non human racces like elves adn beast races try dominions adoption from steam workshop that is a pretty good mod and im actually in the process of making the children from that mod into actual childlike bodies and clothes instead of the original shrunken adult bodies I do not use Steam Workshop for a higher mod experience, period. First time installed I download like 10 mods from there and the game was broken forever, I had to unninstall the whole game, reinstall, put the same mods from the nexus, had no problem. There´s almost no control on your files, you can disbale mods but the files are there still and all the changes remain script wise even if you don´t see those objects/changes, thus messing with the vanilla game even if you disable them. I know people like it becuase of "convenience", but it sucks hard and is just too much simplistic in comparation with the actual mod manager. To put it simple, I have around 160 mods activated right now, the Steam Workshop is unable to run that much mods without messing it up, while with the mod manager can fix that by disableing the mod, bypass that part, and activate it again. I don´t have anything against the Steam Workshop, is just that, for Bethesda games, is doesn´t work that much well and the mod manager is being around for years and the team behind it understand bethesda´s programing work better. ToppDog
I'm hoping someone comes out with a good beast children mod too. I am creating a boarding school mod for the kids that can't get adopted, & it would be nice to have a variety of beast children running around the place along with the human kids.
