Modding NPC Clothing Question

I am currently trying to use some armor and clothes from "Growlfs Hot Clothes.esp" to modify some NPCs from "Sexlivion.esp"

 

I was wondering how do I import armor and clothes from Growlfs to modify the NPCs from Sexlivion?

 

Whenever I try to add the clothes using Growlfs as a plugin file in CS for the NPCs they don't save.
