It is the worst around Whiterun, I see just empty hill then suddunly city appears. At the night while I am outside of the city I can see flying windows with light coming out but without walls and buildings. I am currently at Solitude and i have similar issues here. My FPS is always stable, locked at 60 but i have lag spikes fps goes below 30 for like 1s or game just freezes for 2s usually before before enemies appears. I'm walking through the woods, game freezes, wild khajiit appears from bush. Everythiing is set to ultra, i am using SKSE, my specs are:

i5-4670k @ 4.3 GHz
single Asus GTX 780
Is there a way to copy list of mods or i have to write them down manualy?

Your load order can be found in

\<hard drive:>\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Skyrim\plugins.txt

Please mention your version of SKSE and whether or not you use SSME. Do you use ENB? If so, please post your enblocal.ini as well.

Also did you have these problems prior to overclocking your CPU?

SKSE version is 1.6.16. SSME? I don't even know what that is, so answer is no. I am not using ENB. Problems prior to overclocking CPU? I don't think so, slow object loading yes but lag spikes not, lag spikes started i think after last skyrim reinstallation (i messed up some mods and i had to reinstall game). I don't have issues in other games but i can load default setting in bios i just need some time after that to test game. Load order:

1. Since you said you hadn't had this problem prior to overclocking your CPU you might want to try setting it back to default and see if it persists, you might be pushing it too hard.

2. Yeah, Sheson's memory patch wasn't integrated into SKSE until 1.7; I would try installing SSME and see if it helps somewhat.

3. ENB has memory functions that allow the game to run more efficiently utilizing your own personal profile. It can also help stabilize your framerate if configured correctly. For your config I'd edit it something like so in the enblocal.ini:

[GLOBAL]
UsePatchSpeedhackWithoutGraphics=true
UseDefferedRendering=true

ForceFakeVideocard=false
IgnoreCreationKit=true

[PERFORMANCE]
SpeedHack=true
EnableOcclusionCulling=false

[MEMORY]
ExpandSystemMemoryX64=true
ReduceSystemMemoryUsage=true
DisableDriverMemoryManager=false
DisablePreloadToVRAM=false
EnableUnsafeMemoryHacks=false
ReservedMemorySizeMb=128
VideoMemorySizeMb=3072
EnableCompression=false
AutodetectVideoMemorySize=true

I would try these three suggestions in that order until your spike no longer persists.

What If I use Steam, Would it be the same, I cant find it under my User, I don't use EMB, and my SKSE version is 1.7.1, And I also don't use SSME, and I know nothing about Overclocking my CPU.

I downloaded some mods like Joy of Firstperson and such, Got onto Skyrim and this happened. I deleted them and it didn't help, any fixes or suggestions, Besides start over?

You gotta make your own thread mang, that's a completely different ballgame. Nothing I mentioned would help you. Make sure to thoroughly read JoFP's description as it has detailed uninstallation instructions. Also if you have something that requires FNIS you absolutely must run the Generate FNIS for Players tool.

Again, I recommend making your own thread.

  1. As you can see i edited the post after testing with stock cpu settings, same thing, i still have annoying lag spikes. CPU clock makes no difference
  2. I updated my SKSE to 1.7.1
  3. ENB? Like RealVision ENB? I thought this only makes your game more performance hungry? It maybe helps with visual effect but are you sure this is going to help for lag spikes?

I watched some video on youtube and maybe i should mess with uGridsToLoad so i won't be able to se objects rendering because it is happening further away from me. I have no lag spikes in dungeons, i have no lag spikes in cities, i have no lag spikes while i am inside house, i have lag spikes only while i am outside in open world. So my sentence about lag spikes appearing with enemies may be wrong. While i played yesterday, snow storm started and my game freeze for 2s then during storm my fps was stable all the time at 60fps. Maybe it is problem with some of mods who affects open world. So it might be Climates Of Tamriel or Skyrim Flora Overhaul. I am not sure how to check this, should i reinstall game, try game without mods, see if i have lag spike, them install mods one by one and see which one of them is making lag spikes, it will take some time but i don't know other way how to check this, what do you think?
