moonwerewolf Posted March 16, 2010 Share Posted March 16, 2010 hello. i looking for a mod that make so intellect has nothing to do with skill points by them time im level 30 i have 600 skill points to use if i only count them i get from level with out the perk and that is way to mutch i want mod so i get 7 skill points every level even no matter the intellect and i want 0 extra SPECIAL points then i create my character.
