Wrye Bash - Installers gone! HELP ME!

I'm not exactly sure how this happened. I installed a mod. Then I remember closing Wrye Bash, then I opened a oblivion to test my new mod. Then when I opened Wrye Bash again and I go to the installers tab it loads for a bit and all my installers are gone. The archives are still in the Bash installers folder but they don't show up on Wrye Bash. What happened?

Oh, by the way. A window comes up when I click on the installers tab. This is what is says:
