FOMM crash (not nexus sign-in crash)

I have been using FOMM for a while and recently I installed it a new a computer and was using it until I recieved a crash while in the process of it making a copy of a mod. Now when ever I try to open the package manager it will crash. I don't believe this is the same crash that many people are having when it asks you to log into your nexus account and it will crash this is happening before the prompt even comes up (I encounted that to with this newer version of FOMM but I fixed that problem and it had been working before this). I have uninstalled FOMM and reinstalled it and it is still occuring. I have the crash dump info if you think it will help:

I would really like to get back to using FOMM and any help you can give me would be greatly appreciated.
