If you are talking about weapons from other games/movies/real life, well I don't realy know if I'd like that. razorpony Posted March 18, 2010 Share Posted March 18, 2010 I've never made a custom weapon, until now I've focused on modifying armor. After checking out some tutorials I've begun work on the Avoloch Mithrodin by Kit Rae. Avoloch Mithrodin I don't really know how it's going to turn out or when it will be done, but it's an awesome looking blade and I wanted to see it in Oblivion. :D -Razorpony Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
GodKingVivec Posted March 18, 2010 Author Share Posted March 18, 2010 Also i'd like to see the dai-katana from japanese folklore Murasame (village-rain) that was said to be able to control storms. it was supposed to have been longer than a man is tall and cased in a crimson sheath that would be cool especially with a script for controlling the weather to make it fit with the story. And I agree they should have kept spears and crossbows in oblivion thats one of the ways I thought Morrowind was better that and the levitation spell. razorpony Posted March 21, 2010 Share Posted March 21, 2010 After playing around with Blender for a couple of days, and overcoming yet another steep learning curve, I've made my first working sword. It's mostly based on the Avoloch Mithrodin I posted earlier, but I took some liberties with the blade shape and crossguard. It ended up being a claymore that I dubbed Fatalis afther the Smilodon Fatalis, or Saber Toothed Tiger. It fits in with my Khajiit character nicely. :D I still plan on doing some custom textures, right now it's using the textures for the Ebony Blade. -Razorpony Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Too bad i can't test them :/Anyway i've heard of a really cool weapon mod called Jecht's sword. Most of the swords seem to be for the lower spectrum of skills. My character has mastered the long sword but I still haven't found a sword that I think suits her.
